Create Default Session Types

You should create all of your usual sessions in the configuration of Abacus so that when adding attendance for children, they are available at the click of a button.

Click on 'Settings' and then 'Session Types'.

1) Click the green plus sign to add a new session.

2) Fill in all the information on the right hand side regarding the session. Make sure there is a cost for each age group at your nursery.  The system will automatically calculate a session cost per age band, based on your default hourly rates.  You can always change this by selecting Use Custom Charge and entering a specific amount.

3) Click Save.
